Pre-Dispatch Cancellation Window
Because our pieces are handcrafted and carefully inspected before leaving our Jaipur atelier, orders may be cancelled at zero cost at any time before the parcel is handed over to our courier partner.
To cancel an order, email support@makkmal.com immediately with your Order Number and 'Order Cancellation' in the subject line.

Post-Dispatch Orders
Once an order has been assigned an active courier tracking ID and picked up from our atelier, the shipment is in transit and cannot be cancelled mid-route.
In such cases, you may politely refuse delivery upon courier arrival, or accept the parcel and initiate a standard return within 7 days following our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders
For prepaid orders (Cards, UPI, Net Banking): A complete 100% refund is initiated within 24 hours of cancellation approval. The refund reflects in your original payment account within 5–7 business days in accordance with banking standards.
For Cash on Delivery orders: If cancelled prior to dispatch, the order is cancelled immediately with zero liability or cancellation fees.
