Artisan Craftsmanship & Natural Variations
MAKKMAL celebrates authentic, heritage-rooted textile craftsmanship. Every bedsheet, duvet, quilt, and bathrobe is individually handcrafted by master artisans in Jaipur using pure natural cotton, traditional handblock wood carving, and AZO-free pigments.
Because our pieces are handcrafted rather than mass-produced by automated machinery, subtle variations in block print alignment, motif registration, faint dye depth nuances, and organic cotton slub textures are natural and celebrated signatures of human handcraft. These variations demonstrate artisanal provenance and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Dimensions: Handcrafted natural cotton weaves may experience a minor initial shrinkage of ±2% under standard laundering, for which our bespoke patterns are generously tailored.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from this storefront. By placing an order, you confirm that you possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Account Registration
You may create a private client account to track orders, save shipping addresses, and manage your wishlist. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all actions conducted under your account. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- We reserve the right to revise catalog prices without prior notice; the confirmed price at the time of order placement shall govern.
- Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Amex), UPI, Net Banking, and verified Cash on Delivery (COD).
- In the unlikely event of an evident technical pricing error on the website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide an immediate 100% refund.

Order Acceptance
Placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. MAKKMAL reserves the right to accept or decline an order due to fabric unavailability, unexpected loom delays, delivery unserviceability, or suspected fraudulent activity. If an order is canceled after payment has been received, a complete 100% refund is initiated within 24 hours.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the MAKKMAL name, mark, crest emblem, custom textile motif designs, product photography, editorial prose, typography, and website interface are the exclusive property of MAKKMAL Luxury Living LLP and are protected under Indian copyright, design, and trademark statutes. Unauthorized copying, commercial reproduction, or digital scraping is strictly prohibited.

User Conduct
While interacting with MAKKMAL, you agree not to:
- Use the storefront for any fraudulent or unlawful commercial endeavor.
- Attempt to bypass security boundaries, probe vulnerabilities, or disrupt infrastructure.
- Submit defamatory, abusive, or false communications to our artisans and support staff.
- Automate data extraction or interfere with the normal ordering experience of other patrons.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permissible by applicable Indian law, MAKKMAL Luxury Living LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use. In all circumstances, our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Grievance Redressal
As required under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, consumer grievances may be directed to our Grievance Officer at support@makkmal.com. Inquiries are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved in an expeditious manner.
